Decorated North Warwickshire Ware

This is a highly decorated green-glazed example, originally part of a which jug had been traded from a large pottery production site at Chilvers Coton, Warwickshire, around 30 miles to the north-east. This well-known pottery production site existed from the 13th to 17th century and traded across the region and beyond.
